Saturday Brunch
This November and December, savor our traditional brunch not only on Sundays but also on Saturdays. Join us in celebrating the holidays with a festive Saturday Brunch, offered weekly from November 28th through December 26th.

High-Altitude Harmony: A Chapter shared at the Grand Table
French technique meets high-desert terroir as Executive Chef Christian Ojeda welcomes Chef Martin Rios of Santa Fe’s Restaurant Martin for an intimate evening of canapes and a six-course dinner in Laurel’s private dining rooms.
Both chefs built their reputations in Santa Fe’s acclaimed dining scene, and both pair classical French technique with a passion for local sourcing and native botanicals. Drawing on Chef Ojeda’s Chilean heritage and Chef Rios’ Mexican roots, the menu weaves memories of open-air markets into each course, finishing with a dessert created in collaboration with Chef Xavier.
Chef Ojeda, who earned back-to-back Forbes Four-Star ratings at Bernardus Lodge & Spa, is joined by Chef Rios, a multiple-time James Beard Award finalist whose restaurant is Michelin Recommended. Together, they bring the lively, elegant energy of a world-class brasserie to Laurel’s private dining rooms, where seating is very limited.

Thanksgiving To-Go
This Thanksgiving, let us handle the cooking. Our culinary team has crafted a gourmet, ready-to-go holiday feast so you can enjoy a beautifully prepared meal at home without the hours in the kitchen. Reserve starting Thursday, September 21st, then simply pick up curbside the day before Thanksgiving or on the day itself with heating instructions included.
