Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner
Join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating and supporting the James Beard Foundation at Laurel Brasserie & Bar in conjunction with The Grand America Hotel. This exclusive event highlights the culinary artistry that the Foundation champions, with a lineup of acclaimed chefs coming together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Savor appetizers crafted by Dave Jones (Log Haven) and Nick Zocco (Urban Hill), followed by artisan bread from Mike Blocher (Table X). Chef Reinaldo Escudero from Valter’s Osteria will ensure seamless service leading into a 4-course dinner by Chef Fernando Soberanis and Chef Tomas Olvera, then finishing with dessert by Chef Xavier Baudinet. Each course will be expertly paired with wines selected by Mark Moulton.
